Known for more than 40 years as an office furniture supplier, the company originally known as Business Invirons had evolved into an integrated office solutions provider – and it was ready to tell a new story to the industry. The company turned to The Pita Group for a rebrand that would distinguish the current company from its humble beginnings, allow for future company expansion, retain the loyalty of current clients while introducing the company’s new capabilities, and break into key target markets.
Solution: Develop a strong brand story – and deliver that story through consistent, creative communications
Using multi-channel marketing initiatives, Pita helped set the company apart in the marketplace and transform its image from understated to fresh and contemporary. Pita assisted in the selection and qualification of its new name (Solidus) and developed a graphic identity to reflect its full-service capabilities. We then applied this new identity system and brand strategy to the development of new sales tools (Flash presentations, collateral materials, environmental and truck signage), a web site with video library, marketing materials, and direct mail and e-marketing campaigns. We also helped secure Solidus’ position as a thought leader in the construction industry through the development of videos and articles.
Results: Business continues to increase by 10% each year
As a result of these efforts, Solidus has successfully rebranded its business approach, leveraging its position as a company that delivers on-time and on-budget results, and has increased its business by 10% each year. Pita still supports Solidus in all of its ongoing marketing efforts.
