This lack of a structured value story became an issue when a key account – one of the region’s largest broadcast companies – asked Associated to re-present itself and its capabilities in order to bid on a massive, multi-million dollar project.

Associated partnered with The Pita Group to take a fresh look at the story it had been telling for decades. We discovered key product and service differentiations in the market space, including a construction process that benefits clients in both money and time saved.
By formalizing Associated’s construction process and highlighting all client benefits in an interactive, engaging Flash presentation, Pita provided Associated with a critical tool. The company can now present its differentiators in a clear, strategic way while showcasing its impressive work portfolio and legacy.
