Take a look at your audience and your market – what are the most pressing needs? Can you develop a product, or repackage a service you already offer, in order to better meet those needs? Monitor the competition. How are they evolving? What are they doing that works, and how can you do it better? Complacency cannot be an option. In order to get ahead, you must continuously look ahead.
